12 Unwritten Work Rules for a Better Workplace

Our workplace is full of written and unwritten rules and/or guidelines. I believe it's a good thing to be reminded of unwritten rules at work or other situation where it's applicable. I wrote this reminder for myself, but it's too good not to share it with friends and colleagues.

Most people with or without a job (e.g. self-employed) have been conforming to one or more of these behaviors for decades if not longer. If you're already adhering to these unwritten work rules, that's great! If not, read these 12 tips and consider it because it might help you.
